quit smoking!

 

Most smokers have tried to quit at some point in their lives and some have done well enough - lasting a few hours, days, weeks, months and some, even a few years. I was one of those people- I had been a smoker for 18 years with a few breaks in between, some short and some long. I had tried patches, tablets and one time I even tried chewing the nicotene replacement gum which ended up in the bin after about 5 chews! Like most smokers I was at a point where I just wanted to be done with this old and out-dated habit. I felt that this habit was starting to take my time, health and money. I was like most smokers and thought that smoking was my vice and I could probably even come close to saying that I felt as though cigarettes would always be a part of my life. Until I was hypnotised to stop smoking and I can honestly say "you could not pay me to put another cigarette in my mouth". I have no will or desire to ever smoke again and it is almost as though it was never a part of my life.

How Does it work?

 

Hypnosis can be described as an altered state of consciousness and although you will still have awareness, you will feel very relaxed. While you are in this relaxed state of hypnosis, your subconscious mind becomes more receptive to the very positive suggestions towards you finally quitting smoking.

These forms of Hypnosis are for entertainment and different to how Hypnosis is used in therapy.
